"Israeli Culture & Arts Association (ICAA)" operates in the following fields:
- Development and implementation in the Israel of cultural programs aimed at introducing the best examples of foreign art to Israeli audience, including the organization of Years, Weeks, Days and festivals of culture, art exhibitions of foreign states, tours of top foreign groups and performers
- Organization of cultural and educational programs as part of international trade shows, economic conferences, congresses and summits
- Organization and implementation of international festivals, congresses, conferences, forums, symposiums, seminars, exhibitions, meetings and roundtables
- Support and assistance in developing the international festival movement
- Support in establishing contacts and developing international cooperation between Israeli and foreign cultural and educational institutions
